Step into stillness and reconnect with your breath in this calming, 60-minute gentle hatha yoga class. Designed for all levels, especially beginners and those looking to slow down, this practice emphasizes mindful movement, simple postures, and deep relaxation to help you leave feeling centered, refreshed, and reconnected.


Thursday 7:30PM STRETCH AND RESTORE
Sewell Park Academy Gymnasium
This 60min class will stretch and ease tension, readying you for a good night’s sleep. Using a combination of movement and breath, this class will increase flexibility and promote relaxation. Open to all.

One to one sessions
For anyone – from complete beginners who don’t feel ready for a group class, to seasoned practitioners who want to deepen their practice physically or philosophically.
